Udo Clemens celebrated his 50th anniversary with the company this year and can look back on an exceptionally long career at our company. Since joining in 1975 as a paper worker on the roller, he has worked in various areas of paper finishing.<\/p>\n
His technical understanding and ability to operate machines safely and efficiently became apparent early on. Over the years, Udo Clemens took on tasks on various machines and developed into a responsible machine operator \u2013 including on Calender III and Cross Cutter 5.<\/p>\n
During his time at the company, Udo Clemens repeatedly contributed his own ideas and was involved in numerous improvements in operational practice. His expertise and reliability made him a valued pillar of the production department for decades.<\/p>\n
Despite his original plan to retire at the beginning of 2025, Udo Clemens will remain with the company and support the paper finishing department on a part-time basis until the end of 2026.<\/p>\n
